June 12th, 2026 Dear you, You are receiving this email because you have contributed to our association this year and we consider you as an active member. Whether you were on a committee or volunteered, we are grateful to you all. Without you, this association would not be able to function as it is. As a way of thanking you for your contribution this year, we are organizing an evening picknick with all of our active members! This will take place on July 9th, from 17:00 onwards. The location will most likely be at Valkenburgse meer. We will have plenty of snacks and drinks, and we would also like to use this opportunity to give you a nice gift to remember our board year by. Please let us know if you will be attending by responding to this email, and let us know if you have any dietary restrictions. If you do not respond to this email, we will assume you are not coming. Kaiser General Members Meeting Invitation

June 7th, 2026 Dear you, This convocation serves as the formal invitation to the fourth General Members’ Meeting of L.A.D. ‘F. Kaiser’ on Wednesday the 17th of June 2026, from 17.15 in BW0.08. Attached you can find the agenda, the minutes of the last GMM and the relevant financial documents. Additionally, if you want to propose an agenda point, please send an email to the board (kaiser(a)strw.leidenuniv.nl (mailto:kaiser@strw.leidenuniv.nl) ) in advance. During this GMM, board 33 will give their final policy plan update and present an update on Kaiser's finances. Moreover, we will look back on the past year and relive some of the great memories we have made. After this trip down memory lane, we will look ahead to the bright future and present the new candidate board: KB Draco! You can find their names and functions below. Additionally, we will propose and vote on a new Members of Merit of Kaiser: Puck Rooijakkers. Last but certainly not least, we will give all of you the opportunity to share your thoughts and give your input regarding L.A.D. 'F. Kaiser'. If you cannot be present, you may authorize another Kaiser member to vote and/or speak on your behalf. You can do this by sending us an email with your name, their name and the date of the GMM (the 17th of June 2026). The email can be sent to kaiser(a)strw.leidenuniv.nl (mailto:kaiser@strw.leidenuniv.nl) . You can also submit a written proxy to the board at the GMM itself, containing the same information.
